Honey Comb Paper Core Production Line

Honeycomb paper is a composite material with inner structure similar to honeycomb. It has advantage of light weight, high rigidity, resistance to shearing force and pressure. And it also has good performance on thermal isolation, acoustic isolation, shock and vibration absorption.

The steps for the production of paperboard is follows:
Produce honeycomb paper blocks by honeycomb paper(core) production system(1st part).

Cut honeycomb paper blocks into strips by paper cutting machine(2nd part).
Laminate paper on the expanded honeycomb paper to form paper panel by honeycomb paperboard lamination system(3rd part).

Honeycomb Paperboard can be cut, slit, punch and drilled for purpose
